a letter from the little man

The little man was grounded for being mean the other day. I hid his DSi, the remote to the Wii, and he was told to stay away from the computer. I told him he can answer his activity books if he wanted to but that was about it. He was not happy with that but he knows when I mean business so he behaved. He asked for a scissor which he said he will use to create something so I gave one to him. A few minutes later he handed me what appeared to be folded art paper. When I asked what it was all about, he said it was a letter for me and that I needed to read it. I did. And I laughed. He wrote me a letter, all right. And it said,

Dear Mom,

I need to get in the computer today. Please be good to me.

I gave the letter to his father who laughed and said his son is so sweet. Sweet? Conniving, more likely. Lol. He wrote with the right punctuation marks too. So what do you think I did? I gave in, of course! I let him get online for an hour to which he was very happy. I will be stricter next time. If I can.
