When a person wants to lose weight so bad, she tends to search online about all kinds of diet plans, weight loss supplements, exercises she can do to reduce the flab and all that stuff. That is what I have been doing for the last three years. Such a long time really with no apparent result. But I did learn that there are such things as thermogenic fat burners aside from the regular fat burners available. Reading does that to a person. It makes her learn even if she does not apply what she read. Somehow it makes me wonder why reading about weight loss does not make me lose weight? It would have been a lot easier. And the way I read, I will be the slimmest person alive. Lol. I wish!
