recovering

When I recovered from an upset stomach and nausea, I feel hungry all the time. Boy, I crave for certain food all the time. Instead of eating twice in a day I already ate thrice and it is only 5 pm. It feels good but the after effect will surely be depressing. Weight gain, what else? Just when I thought about really working on losing weight and making it work without my health suffering. And then I got sick and now I start eating three (possibly four) times in a day because I am afraid my stomach's going to get upset again. What am I going to do now? Perhaps you have a diet pill you can recommend I can use to trim down easy? Or do I have to just resign to the fact that this is what life is going to be from now on? Why is it that some people are lucky? It is unfair!

i wish there was a magic pill! i have struggled with my weight since i was little. Try going for walks or something small like that. Maybe get some light weights and research some moves. Running and weights are this fat girl's saving grace:)

wouldn't it be fun if there really is a magic pill? lol. it is frustrating to think about all the delicious food knowing you will gain weight if you eat heartily. we try walking but we only do that twice in a week maybe and when we do i am the first to complain that i am tired. i know i am lazy. if only i will lose weight just by thinking about it :)

I actually found that eating 5 or 6 small meals/snacks a day helped me lose weight and I am not as hungry all the time. You don't need a diet pill you can do it!!!

Oh, it's ok to eat often just don't over it. Small portions are always better.

Good luck with the weight lost!
